Refund and Return Policy
This Refund and Return Policy applies to products and services provided by Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc., including its brands such as Peppermaster, Chez Nous Foods, Bushman Wild Fruit, and BPFI.
Food Products
Due to the nature of food products, all sales of food items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of food products once they have left our control.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receipt. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, credit, or refund after review of the issue.
Manufacturing and Co-Packing Services
All manufacturing, co-packing, and product development services provided by Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc. or BPFI are governed by the terms of the applicable written service agreement or statement of work. Payments for services rendered are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the applicable agreement.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Shipping delays or damage caused by carriers are outside our control. We will assist with carrier claims where appropriate but cannot guarantee outcomes.
Cancellations
Orders for food products may not be cancelled once production or fulfillment has begun. Service cancellations are subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.
